WEBBERS FALLS – It was raining 3’s Tuesday night at Webbers Falls, as the Braggs Wildcats hit 14, 3-pointers in the contest.

Braggs’ Sam Hensley, the Wildcats 3-pointer machine, hit for eight 3’s in the first half. Hensley ended with 26 points and was used sparingly in the second half.

There were five players in double figures for Braggs; Hensley with 26 points, Hazen Edwards had 18 as did Daryl Winter and Jaylen Melton had 14 points.

As for the Warriors, two players were in double figures, Thaden Yarnell with 11 and Luke Pierce with 10. Chevy Cole was close behind with 8 points.

Braggs was constantly feeding Hensley outside the bonus line who contributed 18 of the Wildcats 31 first quarter points.

Leading 57-24 at halftime, the Wildcats used their starters sparingly in the second half yet still scoring 32 point over the last 16 minutes for their 89 point total.

No. 7 ranked Braggs (11-0) will remain on the road to take on Wister (6-5) Thursday night. The Warriors (4-3) are not scheduled to return to action until they travel to Braggs for a rematch on January 7th, before hosting the Arkansas River Shootout from the 9th to 11th of January.
