Braggs – The Webbers Falls Lady Warriors kept The Braggs Lady Wildcats off the board in the first half and led 29-0 going into the half.

It wasn’t until the final quarter when Braggs could finally outscore the Warriors 10-7 in the fourth period.

The Lady Warriors were led by Cheyenne Herrier and Bailey Ward who each had 10 points on the night.

Webbers Falls had quite a few long range shooters. Bridgette Baer, Hailey Shanks and River Harrison each hit from long range, and Madison Smith zipped two from beyond the bonus line.

Braggs had just three scorers for the game, Katelyn Chandler led the way with 12 points, Raelei Cockrell had 6, and Denise Adams put one in from long range for 3 points.

Adams hit for a 3 pointer at the end of the first half to try to break the ice for Braggs, but the shot came just after the buzzer.

The Lady Wildcats (2-11) will try it again Wednesday at 10:00 am when they take on Clayton (8-5) at Webbers Falls in the Arkansas River Shootout.

The Lady Warriors (5-3) tee it up at 12:40 in that same tournament against the 1-5 Keota Lady Lions.
