GORE– The Gore Lady Pirates (5-15) found the net with more consistency Tuesday night to defeat the Lady Lions of Keota (6-13).

Gore never trailed in the contest. The improved accuracy and rebounding made the difference in the 20-point victory.

All the starters contributed to the win. River Shoemake led the way for the Lady Pirates with 10 points, Natalie Casteel had 9, Emily Daily and Kaitlyn Byrne each had 6-points and Oaklei Thornton finished with 4 points.

The Lady Lions two top scorers were Mysteri Oldham with 7 and Ady Maxwell with 6 points.

Keota will remain on the road in Buffalo Valley to take on the No.11 ranked Class B Buffalos (14-7) Thursday night, while the Lady Pirates visit neighboring Webbers Falls who are 10-8 this season.
