WARNER – The Vian Wolverines led after the first half 33-28 thanks to a 22-point second period led by Yonsi Grass.

The slim 5-point lead would not last however when the Warner Eagles returned to the court in the second half scoring 18 and 16 points in the third and fourth respectively.

Jace Jackson was perfect from the free throw line once again going 8-for8 and the 6’-7” Blake dominated the board for Warner. Jackson and Ellis were the dynamic duo accounting for the lions share of Eagle Points.

No. 11 Warner (9-5) will head to the championship game Saturday night against Davis (10-6) who defeated Westville 59-45 earlier in the day to earn a spot in the finals.

Vian (4-4) will head for the consolation bracket final to face Westville (4-8) Saturday at 5:30.
