WEBBERS FALLS – We don’t usually get a chance to cover the Junior High teams but the format Saturday at Webbers allowed us to cover the Junior high Warriors vs the Junior High Panthers from Porum.
Webber Falls led all the way with both teams pitchers doing an excellent job pitching out of trouble to keep the game close.
Webber led 2-0 after two and 3-0 after four innings with the Panthers getting on the board in the top of the fifth with a single run for the 3-1 final score.
It was a pleasure to cover the up-and-coming younger set and hope we get more opportunities in the future.
